On a variel kickflip you must be excellent at pop-shove its and at kickflips.On this trick you combined them both.Start off with your back foot on the center of the tail and your front foots heel hanging off the edge like in a kickflip.Start to do a pop-shove it but instead of just keeping your front foot still slide it to the nose and give the board a flick.For this trick you will need to give a hard flick because it is now going in two opposite directions instead of one.Keep practicing this trick and you will eventually get it.
